Study habits
If your goal is to become a more consistent & successful student:
- Do homework the day it’s set
- Study for tests a week in advance
- Use anki daily
- Stick to your study schedule

Language habits

- Do 15 minutes of Duolingo

- Choose your top 3 tasks that you’ll focus on
- Block distracting websites
- Limit your screen time to an hour a day
- Write a to-do list
Health habits

- Drink 3-4l of water
- Exercise for 30 minutes a day
- Avoid foods that make you feel bad
- Get 8 hours of sleep every night
