There are tons of super fun and exciting things on the internet – my youtube channel, for example (what a brilliant and shameless plug!). However, being on our phones all day is terrible for our attention spans and mental health. Because of this, it’s important to get off your phone and try out some of these fun things you can do in your free time instead of scrolling.
